Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, addressing all client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and project management, to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs.
  • Understand client objectives and provide strategic advice to meet their business goals.
  • Communicate with clients in both Bengali and English, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals as required.
  • Resolve client-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively offer new ideas and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to effectively onboard new clients and transition them into long-term accounts.
  • Prepare and manage client contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and adhered to.
  • Contribute to the development of client service processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
  • Report on client service activities and performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met.


 

Requirements:
 

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a marketing agency or in managing influencer marketing and handling sponsorships and clients.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and digital PR is essential.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and digital PR from a marketing agency is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
