What You Will Do:
Assist in handling client communication via email and internal CRM tools
Support the team in responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up messages for potential clients
Join internal and client meetings to take notes and summarize action points
Learn to manage project timelines, updates, and basic delivery tracking
Assist in organizing and updating client data, project status, and reports
Shadow senior team members to understand account and relationship management
Help maintain client satisfaction by ensuring timely updates and clear communication
Contribute to internal discussions and team meetings with fresh perspectives
Support lead generation and outreach activities (as assigned)
What You Will Need:
Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in client communication, influencer marketing, or digital PR
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Basic understanding of project coordination and business communication
Willingness to learn CRM systems, client platforms, and workflow tools
Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
