What You Will Do:

Independently manage and complete video editing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Apply advanced post-production techniques such as transitions, color grading, motion graphics, and sound effects to elevate the final product.
Utilize storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to drive viewer engagement and retention.
Take ownership of each project, manage timelines effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Lead and guide a team of junior editors, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to ensure project quality and team growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing creative input during the production process and enhancing overall output.
What You Will Need:
2–4 years of hands-on professional video editing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a must.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects; candidates with advanced After Effects skills will be prioritized.
A strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to lead edits from concept to delivery.
Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members, with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback.
Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Ability to work independently and maintain performance under pressure while managing multiple deadlines and projects.
